My name is Brent and it is my honor to be alive and able to post about my friend Angel. Angel took care of so many of us through his unmatched finish carpentry skills. He impacted our tight knit construction community in so many ways. Unparalleled talent. Problem solver for any issue while building. Everlasting smile. Angel needs us now. His family needs us now. After suffering a heart attack and stroke, his brain was without oxygen and he has been fighting for his life. He's in a coma and on life support. Not breathing on his own. His family remains vigilant in their faith and hope and I have been lucky enough to be a part of the support family at the hospital. I've seen a lot of family and a lot of people who worked with him. His wife and amazing sons and daughters. His Mom and Dad. Brother and Sisters. Been nice to laugh a little, cry a lot and remember the stronger days of a strong man. This fund is dedicated to Angel's medical costs for care and his family's needs during this time. Angel's oldest son graduates from high school this month and will attend Cal State Long Beach, school of engineering. His younger son finishes middle school this year too.
