Penny's Medical Bills

Our co-worker Shakira's sweet dog Penny was severely injured unexpectedly last weekend. The story is still unclear, but

Penny suffered multiple head injuries, including skull fractures, while in the care of a babysitter. She was immediately rushed to VCA Mueller where she was stabilized. Unfortunately, after a few days there was a concern that her condition would deteriorate if she was taken off of medication. She needed to be transported to UCD Vet where she is currently receiving treatment including an MRI and sedation. The medical bills continue to pile up and we are hoping to ease some of the stress of this terrible situation by helping with some of these costs.
