Hello my name is Marcus Green and I am the Head Coach of the 3 time Popwarner Chicagoland Division 1 State Champion Calumet City Thunderbolts (Unlimited) team.
The purpose of this page is to ask for your assistance with getting my boys to Disney. We have qualified to represent not only the State of Illinois but the entire Midwest Region on a National stage.
This bunch is very special to me. These young men have battled with adversity all year long and survived. This road to glory was not an easy one and these guys never gave up.
For that dedication to me as their coach I feel that it's only right I return the favor.
So here I am asking you, my family as well as my friends for help.
As much as I would love to provide all for my team the reality is I can't do it alone.
So right here Right now I am calling on the VILLAGE.
These young men I am vouching for are not only great athletes, they are not only great students but along with all of that they are also great citizens doing all they can to stay positive during this time or citywide turmoil.
For alot of us these opportunities may never come again so here I ask for you to help us take full advantage of it.
