Support Ron's Family in Their Time of Need

Hi, I am Ron. My family is in need of immediate help from our friends.

Earlier this year, we experienced a situation where, while paying for a trip to NY for my daughter's surgery, we came up a few hundred dollars short on our rent. I asked the property manager to allow me to split the payment and make up the difference the next month. The property manager opted to file for an eviction. Through God's good graces, the process was delayed long enough to give us time to find a new house. The lender we are working with was able to secure 100% financing, and the seller agreed to pay the closing costs. All was good, and the closing is scheduled for 9/30.

**This week, however, the appraisal came in $10K low, and the appraiser identified a couple of items that needed to be repaired prior to approval.** The sellers agreed to reduce the selling price and make the repairs, but they can no longer cover the closing costs, and we would need to cover $5000 of those costs.

**The same day that this news was delivered, I had to rush my wife Diane to the hospital for emergency surgery to remove a 10mm kidney stone that was blocking her urine.** Yesterday, we returned from the hospital to find a notice posted on our front door stating that we are to be out of the house by Monday evening. We need to focus on getting moved out and securing temporary housing.

We need help from you in raising the $5000, so we can still close on the new house and put this chapter behind us.
