Hi everyone, my name is Rick Poole. I am 23 years old with two younger brothers, Jack, 17. And little Luke, 11.

It is with broken hearts that we announce the heartbreaking passing of Michelle Poole. Our beautiful mum was a loving soul. Her love, her guidance, and her humour is painfully missed with each passing day.

Her passing has left an unimaginable void in the lives of those who knew and loved her. As we navigate this painful time, we are now faced with the unexpected financial burden of planning a proper farewell, one that honors our mum's memory and gives her the dignity and loving goodbye she deserves.
