RENEE RANSON

Hello. Tiffany Crumbly and Sharon Simmons are great friends of Renee. Please allow us to share the life events of an amazing friend and mentor. Ms. Renee Ranson. I met Renee in April 2006 when she advertised for workers to volunteer at a much-needed Free Clinic that was opening in our community. Renee was the Volunteer Director. Renee, her team of volunteers and I worked tirelessly for eleven and a half (11.5) years providing Free Health Care and other much needed services and referrals within our community. She was also recognized by many organizations for her commitment, love and support of our community. Unfortunately, the clinic closed its’ doors in 2017.

As life has it, Renee and her husband divorced, and she moved into her own residence for the first time in 27 years. In June 2022, Renee was hired at Amazon obtaining a Warehouse position. In April 2023, (just as her life was beginning to fall in place), she was diagnosed with a condition that was causing her veins to close in her right leg. At this point Renee could no longer work. Surgeons performed a procedure on her called CryoVein Saphenous Vein - wherein a ‘human vein’ was inserted in her leg. Sadly, that surgery failed. In July 2023 Renee, unfortunately, had to have an above-the-knee amputation. Renee was released from the hospital August 3, 2023.

Please lift Renee Ranson up in prayer. If you can open up your heart and contribute any amount to ease Renee’s financial situation, we would be forever grateful. She still has mounting household bills, medical bills, physical therapy, and due to the fact that she lives in a place with stairs, she will eventually have to relocate her residence. I visited Renee at the hospital, and she is determined to RISE UP in total victory and I have no doubt that she will. Renee is a fighter and has faith in God!!!
