Help my family to escape the crisis in Gaza !

Greetings, everyone ! My name is Hani AlAgha,
I turned 28 years old last August, I’m a medical doctor working at Anaesthesia department in Nasser medical complex. My family used to live in the east of Khanyounis ( South of Gaza ) before they evacuate shortly after the 7th of October to the west of Khanyounis . So far we displaced for the second time into a warehouse in Rafah . The situation gets worse day after day and the fear of another displacement grows everyday without any safe place to move to .
I’m writing this to seek your help to evacuate my family ( my parents and two sisters) urgently from Gaza .
My family members are:
- My father “Mohammed eid AlAgha”, and he is 63 years old.
- My mother “Aysha Attia AlAgha” and she is 54 years old.
- My sister “ Huda Mohammed AlAgha” and she is 21 years old.
- My sister “ Farah Mohameed AlAgha” and she is 19 years old.
My sister “Huda” is a third year university student, she was studying “Sociology” in AlAqsa university-Gaza.
My sister “Farah” is a first year university student ,her dream was to be a “ Multimedia” student as field of university study.
She finished her Secondary School on July 2023.

and her dream became true, when she was officially a “ multimedia” student at Islamic University Gaza.
Unfortunately, after two weeks of the beginning of her first semester, the war started and later her university was completely destroyed.

I have finished my medical study in 2019 and with that my parents’ dream to be a doctor became true .

After a year of internship, I got a job in COVID-19 ICU at European-Gaza hospital during the pandemic. It was so challenging to deal with large numbers of critically ill patients, yet the happiness with every patient been discharged from the ICU after recovery was so indescribable!

When the pandemic ended, I had moved to Anaesthesia department at Nasser Medical Complex, where I helped many people to pass their surgeries safely.

After 7th October I continued my work there dealing with a huge numbers of explosive injuries and saving lives . Our team used to work days and nights for several months and I was so proud to be a member of this team of heroes.
Here’s one of the most challenging cases ever that I dealt with, It was so exhausting hours of resuscitation and fortunately our patient had survived.

Here’s our incredibly hard working team of orthopedic surgery.
One of unforgettable stories at that time: my 12 years old patient called “Hadi” was the only survivor of his whole family, before the surgery he told me something made me to cry: “ please tell the surgeon to leave a small part of my leg so I can have an artificial one”

The situation near the hospital was unstable, with bombing in every single day, as well as the huge numbers of displaced people who take the floors of the hospital as a shelter.

Unfortunately, we forced to leave the hospital in last January because it was a conflict zone and the situation was so dangerous .
At that time my family evacuated urgently to Rafah, where we had no home or other necessities of life.
Shortly we heard that our beautiful home was bombed and the pictures arrived us . It was a horrible moment, because not only the stones had been bombed but also our happy memories and great moments we had there.

The situation here is so dangerous and so far unbearable, there is no safe place to move to and the fear of being bombed we feel it in every single moment .
To get out of Gaza we need a paid permit with an expensive evacuation Fee ( about 6000 - 8000 $ for each individual) to cross “Rafah” Gaza - Egyptian borders after getting your name listed in the crossing list, and to sustain life as well, so we are unable to pay that huge amount of money because we lost our home and jobs.
Funds will be used as follows:
- 2000 €- 25000 € as evacuation fees will be payed for Hala Consulting and Tourism Company in Egypt.
- 15000 € - 2000 € for apartment rent and other necessities to sustain life in Egypt, as well as education of my sisters.
I appreciate your reading of my story and your donations even small ones. Please consider sharing my story with your family and friends to reach the target as soon as possible.
I will be always grateful for your help in these tough times.❤️
