Help Litho Get a Service Dog

Hello!
My name is Litho Koyama and I am 16 years old. I am currently struggling with Depression and anxiety. After a few talks with my councilor she had recommended me a service dog, to bring with me wherever I go.
I can not pay for this all myself, my mom refuses to help since she is iffy about my depression and anxiety, even after my councilor has told her about it. The only way I will be able to get and a service dog, is if I show her I have the money available.

The reason for $800 is to pay for the registration of the dog, that includes the whole kit of  vest, tags, license, etc.
-Pay for being neuter
-Vet visit
- miscellaneous items
-toys and food
-Pay for the service dog training

I am lucky enought to already have a dog on hold for my, by a good family friend who is soon to have a litter of German Shepard Puppies, which will be a great service dog.

Little bit more about me.
I social anxiety which can mean I have a really hard time leaving my house alone, and I often have anxiety attacks at school because of this. My depression also affects me in school. Getting really un modivated with school work and participating in lectures. I have problems going out in the general public, that is causes me anxiety attacks sometimes.
Besides the mental problems, I am a cartoonist, and I hopefully aim to work for Disney or Pixar one day.
