Medical bills for Melissa

On October 15th, my friend Melissa was crossing the street on elliot ave in maspeth when she got struck by a car. She’s currently in the icu at Elmhurst hospital suffering head injuries. Melissa does not have health insurance and she may have a long road to recovery, being overwhelmed with hospital bills should be the last thing on her mind. She lives here on her own. Her mother flew in from Ireland, her father came from New Jersey and her brother drove down from college in Massachusetts. Any donation would be greatly appreciated. #prayformel
