Veterinary Internship in Costa Rica

Hi! My name is Alyssa and I'm a junior at Colorado State University studying zoology. I am hoping to gain some funding for an internship with Alturas Rescue Center. This would be a very unique experience where I would be able to work rehabilitating the wildlife of Costa Rica.

Being a wildlife vet is something I have set my mind to, as the environment and animals have always resonated deeply with me, and I would be overjoyed to be able to partake in this internship! Here I will be able to participate in opportunities working with animals in emergency, treating sicknesses, keeping up with the daily maintenance of the animals, and more valuable learning experiences. The internship itself is about $1200 for a month. I've also included airfare expenses in my goal.

I am also planning to budget my work money (I work at an animal hospital) and hopefully be able to raise some additional money selling some of my artwork. Any and all donations are greatly appreciated, and I am happy to answer any questions!
