Hi there! After some abnormal blood tests, On June 25th we received unfortunate news that my beautiful mama (after 12 years of being in remission) had relapsed.

My moms case has caught the eyes of highly renowned doctors in SF because it’s rare for leukemia to relapse  after so many years in remission. Due to advances in cancer treatment they have recommended a new, out-patient course of treatment. However,  due to the crummy health care system we have in this country, my mom has to come up with $2500 a month to get  this new, highly effective treatment which will hopefully eradicate the cancerous cells so she can continue boppin and thrivin’ as she does! 

I have such a loving community of people around me and I know many of you have reached out to ask how you can help. This is just one of many ways you can help! I decided to start this for my mama because (just like me) she has trouble asking for help. I want to help lighten the burden this is putting upon her while she’s healing. I know my mom is so beloved, appreciated and valued by so many and the support she has around her is nothing short of incredible and I could not be more grateful for the communities we have built. I understand how tough a time this is for so many so please only give if you can/want!
