Hello family, friends, and supporters of Ashlie!

Ashlie was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and has a long road ahead of her. With all the appointments, scans, chemo, and surgery in the future, we are hoping to help take some of the financial burden off her so she can focus on kicking cancers ass! Ashlie is currently awaiting results from more tests and scans. After she receives these results, she will most likely be starting chemo. Right now, the plan is for infusions every other week for 8 weeks, then every week for 12 weeks, and finally, surgery. With the stress of not knowing how her body will respond to chemo and her ability to work; we want to make this difficult time for her and her family a little more bearable. Ashlie is looking at substantial out-of-pocket medical expenses and lost time working. As we know, Ashlie is a very strong and independent woman who spends so much of her time helping and supporting others, both in her career as a healthcare professional and in her daily life. We also know she doesn’t always like to ask for help – so we are doing it for her!
