In May of 2013 Martell McGinnis was diagnosed with osteosarcoma, a rare form of bone cancer.  He has stayed strong and has courageously fought this battle with his wife, Jessica, by his side.  Unfortuately Martell has recently entered hospice care in the Quad Cities. Jessica has dedicated every minute of her life to help care for him and their three young children. With the enormous amount of medical expenses and Christmas fast approaching  we ask for any possible donations to help ease their stress at this difficult time.
