my names llewyn and il be running Barnstaple marathon to raise money for mental health uk.

I’m trying to spread awareness and also do this for my own mental health. I use to be an athlete, I competed in triathlons, swimming races, athletics, football and rugby and many other sports. unfortunately I suffered with mental health and I chose to hide it which was the worst thing I could have done, I’ve pushed the people closest to me away, and also lost myself along the way. Not many people know this stuff about me but it’s time to make change and also help others along the way, any donations would be greatly appreciated.
