On Wednesday, April 23rd at 11:40pm, we lost the heart of our Family. Our Mother, a grandmother, an aunt, a sister, a cousin and a friend. She battled Alzheimer’s and dementia with psychosis, progressing over the span of 6 years. She’s tricked us a few times but her soul wasn’t ready and she was a warrior. Unfortunately, this past Wednesday she was done. She fought a good fight and held on until she could see Sammy. She passed peacefully and her suffering ended. She gained her wings being met by her mom, brothers and sisters we feel. Of course there is no preparing or planning because we didn’t know when it would happen. If there is any help you could provide, our family will be forever grateful. If you can’t, we completely understand and would greatly appreciate your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Those that knew her had not one bad thing to say about her. She welcomed everyone with open arms and an open heart. She has left a hole in many hearts, but she has met the peace she so deserved. From our family, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
