On the midnight morning of November 30, 2019 a day we where planning to celebrate the new life coming to our lifes, Our world was rocked completely , my husband suffered a Cardiac arrest followed by a severe Stroke both at the same time, we are truly blessed it did not take his life. As a result of this he was indused into a comma state and we were told he could be in a this state for even a year or more but God almighty woke him up after just two months. he was connected to a ventilator for 5months and was able to get wingged off it,thank God.
He developed ammonia and other things, he suffered with severe damage to the majority of his brain but mostly to the back occipital lobe leaving him completely blind its been very hard watching him not being able to see the people he loves and missing out on important events he would've never wanted to miss on seeing.
when he was in the ICU our family was told that if he ever woke up he would most likely be in a vegetative state but blessed by a different plan he just woke up with slide paralysis to the body but mostly weakened left side he has a hard time being on his feet for a long time.
when we finally got him discharged he was placed in a year long waiting list for county physical theraphy but then Covid hit and closed down the therapy office even longer really putting him behind on his recovery, my husband has not lost the will to recover and be who he once was, but only able to do so much at home on his own with our help I have really strived to find ways to excel him with his recovery, putting him on weekly chiropractic and physical therapy appointments that can only help so much and are very expensive when you pay out of pocket his mild physical paralysis has truly been a struggle that has pushed us to our limits in trying to overcome. I thank God for holding us together this long. After a little research and talks with our physical therapist a glider standing frame is a machine that could really help in his recovery. With a glider standing frame not covered by an insurance and my husband not qualifying for any type of medical insurance coverage,has really left me in a bind having me do something I told myself I wouldn’t do, create a go fund me. I’ve never asked anyone for anything in the past and it’s tough asking for help now. I understand times are hard but anything you can help us with it would be a true blessing to our family and very much appreciated, my son needs his daddy in full motion, so he's able to hold him and take him on walks, We cannot begin to thank everyone enough for the shares and support! Thank-you all from the bottom of our hearts!

Como resultado de esto, fue introducido en un estado de coma y se nos dijo que podria estar en este estado incluso asta por un año o más, pero Dios todopoderoso lo despertó después de solo dos meses. Estuvo conectado a un ventilador durante 5 meses pudo respirar y asi dejando la maquina gracias a Dios. desarrolló amoníaco y otras cosas. También sufrió daños severos en la mayor parte de su cerebro pero principalmente en el lóbulo occipital posterior dejándolo completamente ciego, ha sido muy difícil verlo no poder ver a la gente ama y se pierde eventos importantes que nunca hubiera querido perderse de ver.
cuando estaba en cuidados intensivos a nuestra familia se le dijo que si alguna vez se despertaba, probablemente estaría en un estado vegetativo pero bendecido por un plan diferente desperto con parálisis por deslizamiento mayormente en un su lado izquierdo del cuerpo debilitado y le cuesta estar de pie por mucho tiempo.
cuando finalmente no lo dieron de alta lo colocaron en una lista de espera de un año para terapia física del condado, pero luego Covid golpeó y cerró la oficina de terapia e incluso más tiempo dejándolo atrás en su recuperación.
mi esposo no ha perdido la voluntad de recuperarse y ser quien algun dia fue pero solo puede hacer tanto en casa por su cuenta y con nuestra ayuda realmente me he esforzado por encontrar formas de aserlo sobresalir él con su recuperación, poniéndolo en citas semanales de quiropráctica y fisioterapia que solo pueden ayudar mucho por tanto tiempo y son muy costosas cuando uno paga de su bolsillo.
su parálisis física leve ha sido realmente una lucha, que nos ha llevado a nuestros límites al intentar para superar. Doy gracias a Dios por mantenernos juntos tanto tiempo.. Después de un poco de investigación y charlas con nuestro fisioterapeuta, un bipedestador es una máquina que realmente podría ayudarlo en su recuperación., Con un bipedestador de planeador que no está cubierto por un seguro y mi esposo no calificando para cualquier tipo de ayuda medica, realmente me ha dejado en un aprieto y tener que hacer algo que me dije a mí misma que no haría crear un gofund me.
Nunca le he pedido nada a nadie en el pasado y ahora es difícil pedir ayuda. Entiendo que los tiempos son difíciles, pero si gustan ayudarnos con lo que puedan sería una verdadera bendición para nuestra familia y les estariamos muy agradecidos.
mi bebe necesita a su padre en movimiento para que lo puede abrazar y llevar a caminar. ¡No podemos comenzar a agradecer a todos lo suficiente por las acciones y el apoyo! ¡Gracias a todos desde el fondo de nuestros corazones!
