my name is Glen. This go fund me is for Ryan Vanderveer. One of my closest friends. Ryan and I have known each other more than 10 years. he is a Instructor in my dive shop, and has a bad medical condition that will involve him being off work quite a bit for treatment. This fund will help him to be able to focus on getting better and not worry about losing stuff like his car he has worked hard to get.

Ryan has a cancer tumor in his esophagus that has completely blocked it and has compromised his ability to eat. therefor he has lost 80 lbs in the last 6 months.

He will be receiving a feeding tube, and will have to have to have surgery, chemo treatment, and possible radiation.
