Wilson Family

We are the Wilson family & we live just outside of Tulsa, Oklahoma. We’re originally from South Florida and we’ve been married 10 years and together for 16. We tried for a little over two years before we got pregnant with our first daughter Adelina Reign, who was born into heaven August 1, 2013. We took a few years after that to heal and pray about where God was leading us. Losing a child is a grief that no one should have to experience, but in the darkest of times we truly felt such a new found love and closeness to the Lord. 3 years later we started to try again and then found out we were pregnant with our second miracle Livia Ray!

Livvy is truly a medically complex miracle! Her combination of complexities have no diagnosis up to this point... just a list of anomalies which include: Unbalanced Translocation 12 & 15, Choanal Atresia, Agenesis of the Corpus Callosum, Cortical Visual Impairment, Hydrocephalus, Trachea Malaysia (which resulted in tracheotomy a week after she was born), Adrenal Insufficiency, Human Growth Deficiency, Dandy Walker and Crainosynosotosis. Last December she had a Cranial Vault surgery to help correct the Crainosynosotosis - this was the tenth procedure she’s had in her  2 1/2 years of Life. Craniosynostosis is when the skull prematurely fuses together and presses on a vital organ, her brain, which can cause blindness, seizures or severe brain damage among many other things if untreated.

Livvy has already beaten so many odds! The NICU, where she was born anticipated her to pass away shorty after she was brought home but, this girl is a fighter! Our main focus has been to do everything we can to give her the best quality of life, which includes weekly therapy and numerous doctor appointments with specialists, surgeons, as well as requiring around the clock care to manage her trach, tube feeding regiment, meds etc.

Despite all of these medical and physical struggles, she has the most amazing disposition! She is both sweet and feisty, full of unbelievable joy and peace, and has inspired so many that God is a God of amazing miracles and continues to give hope to so many! She is continually growing in strength and personality - she is simply a MIRACLE; a promise fulfilled; she is a gift from the Lord! We believe that her life and her story will be such an amazing testimony of the love, grace and healing power of the Papa God , that people would see his hand at work and that hearts will be drawn to Him. #prayforlivvy
