Help the Cameron Family

Donation protected
Hello friends,

We are reaching out to the community to come together and help the Cameron Family in their time of need.

In December 2018 Ange was diagnosed with a serious neurological disorder that has left her unable to work and her short-term disability has now run out. Unfortunately, she has been denied long-term disability so she currently has no income.

There is no cure for Ange, but she continues to fight bravely to beat the odds. She is doing everything she can to heal including alternative treatments (like acupuncture) and supplements which of course are not covered by benefits or OHIP. These treatments cost the Cameron's hundreds of dollars every week.

We are raising funds to assist with the costs of treatments.

 Despite this diagnosis Ange's spirit is stronger than ever. She is finding strength in her heart to live each day and each moment with gratitude. She is an absolute inspiration to everyone around her with a laugh that lights up the room!

Please note that Ange and David are so loved and so many people want to help but they have been hesitant to allow us to start a fundraising campaign. This is mainly due to fear of negatively impacting their young children with comments from well meaning adults. The children are in open dialogue with Ange and David regarding her “neurological condition” but they have been very careful not to label it any further than that. If you are close with the Cameron family, please keep this in mind if you should have the pleasure of interacting with their amazing children

From Ange;
"My gift from the universe to slow down, surrender and love more deeply.
We are all connected. We are all made from star dust and can only guarantee in this beautiful life is that we will return to star dust in the end. So I live every day with a smile and gratitude. If you see me stop and say hi. Yes I am slow and physically weak at the moment but I am stronger then ever in mind and spirit. Don't dwell on the negative, think of the positive. Those thoughts make a difference for me. I can feel them. I am certain the universe has my back. I will grow old, and continue our world travels with my hubby. Play with my grand kids on the beach and be well enough to work and run half marathons again. What I don't know is how long my healing will take."

Thank you so much your consideration in making a donation to this family in this serious time of need.
