Hey everyone, my name is Raegan Hodge and Kayleigh and I have been friends since we were little girls!! If you didn’t know already, Kayleigh and Shelby welcomed a sweet little boy named Everett at 29 weeks. He has been in the NICU at FGH since July 11th. Weighing 2 lbs 4 oz at birth, he has had several complications and obstacles to overcome, BUT he is such a little fighter.

Everett has just recently been transferred to Batson Children’s Hospital in Jackson for excessive fluid on the brain. He will undergo surgery this morning (October 1st) to place a shunt to try and relieve the pressure. They are trusting God and asking that everyone pray for Baby E and them as they still have a long road of recovery ahead. As a mom, I know that they need some help! Traveling and staying in Hattiesburg/Jackson is not cheap, and medical bills will eventually begin to pile up. These parents should not have to worry about all of these things in such a stressful time. If you feel led to donate, please do so, and if you can’t, prayers are always welcome!!
