Save Scully

Swallowing my pride, I regrettably am reaching out for help to save my family member. Our cat Scully.

Scully, came into our lives as a bit of a rescue. When we got her she required some serious medical attention and at the time we were in a position to afford it.

Fast forward 4 years.

She is our daughter’s absolute bestfriend. They play together and they share a bed every single night. She is our family member. She is the sweetest , cuddly cat despite her looking stranger than your typical cat.

Scully stopped eating, and developed Jaundice over the last week. Her Skin turned yellow along with the whites of her eyes. After an overpriced vet visit and running a urinalysis and blood test they decide she NEEDS an ultrasound and possibly surgery after looking at Bile Duct..And to stay overnight for 2 nights in the meantime. Unable to afford this we had to bring her home after giving fluids while trying to come up with a financial plan without going bankrupt. The estimated total is around 4400.00 for the diagnostics. Surgery will be additional. Someone told me to just put her down but I cannot give up so here I am asking for help.

The funds received will be used to cover Diagnostics the cost of exam, urinalysis, blood work, hospital admission, pain medication, IV Fluids etc, and ultrasound.

Depending on results- Donations will be used for treatment. I am praying to god she can recover with meds alone but she may need surgery for blockage of Bile Duct or whatever the case is when they do ultrasound. At this point if she needs surgery- We will have to reassess our situation and financial capabilities. She is young, always healthy before and so so loved. We hope we can save our baby
