My name is Jason Elliott, I am a very happily married proud parent of two boys. Unfortunately in December of 2015 I hurt my back at work. I then lost my job in January and have been unable to work since. Workers comp. Has been paying for my doctors appointments. Which has consisted of months of physical therapy and an epidural. But, they haven't helped with anything else. I have exhausted all savings just trying to make all the appointments plus normal bills. I have a lawyer but he says this is a process that could take months, he's been working on it for three months already. My wife has been a stay at home mom for the last 11 years,but since my injury has been seeking work with no positive returns. I'm afraid we will loose our apartment and transportation by the end of the month. Anything will help and all is very appreciated. Thanks for your time and consideration.
