Prostate Surgery Help

To the friends who have known me through the years. I may have met you through hockey, stuntwork, theater, Mercedes Benz, or through mutual friends. I have lived my life with a kind and generous heart. If you are out there and remember me, today I could use your help.

I have recently been diagnosed with prostate cancer and am scheduled for a radical prostatectomy on September 30, 2014. My insurance will cover all but my deductible of $3500.00 and a $500.00 upfront deposit to the hospital. The remaining $800.00 is for incoming medical bills. The prognosis looks good but I will need your support.

It is very embarrassing to be here and even ask however I like many others lost everything in the failed economy of 2008 and have no where else to turn to but to my friends.

I appreciate any support and will keep everyone posted after my surgery.
