Joan and Larry Webb and Karen Bryan are asking for your help.

Dick Bryan was always larger than life. He undertook every challenge with incredible dedication and unlimited energy. As Vice President of Customer Care, Dick guided John Laing Homes to become a world class leader in customer service and for over a decade, ranked #1 in the nation. Dick loved his people and never stopped training, mentoring, and caring for everyone that he worked with, starting with Larry. From his impeccable wardrobe to his amazing attention to detail, his passion lifted us all. Without a doubt, he was loved by everyone that came into contact with him. Of course, no one has loved Dick more than his wonderful wife Karen.

In 2019 right before COVID, Dick was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. Since the diagnosis, Karen has been his sole caregiver. In 2022, Karen and Dick moved to Midland, Michigan to live closer to her son in order to get additional support. Unfortunately, last July, Dick took a turn for the worse. Anyone that has experience with Alzheimer's knows the toll it takes not only on the patient but in some ways, even more so on the caregiver. Throughout this journey, Dick has never complained, he always remains positive and is incredibly happy to receive phone calls from his old friends. However, Karen can no longer provide Dick the care he needs and deserves as his condition worsens.

Now Dick and Karen need our help! She has found a wonderful facility for Dick, but the cost is beyond their capabilities. Please contribute anything you can. It is our turn to say thanks and express our love to this amazing man.
