Hi, my name is Gena and I am starting a GoFundMe to help a family member fight breast cancer. She started her journey this Fall when she was diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer, and then had surgery in November. She started to fight back with the Radiation treatment in December and has been off work. She is doing her treatment in Minnesota where she lives close to home and works as a nurse. She has a wonderful husband and two children that will help support her in her journey. She has medical insurance, but as we all know the cost of co-pays and prescriptions and traveling all add up, so I am looking to you to help by donating to Karma to help alleviate some of those financial burdens. The money will help her with her bills for 2023 and now starting over with new out-of-pocket bills in 2024. 

She is a wonderful person who has been working in healthcare since she was a CNA in Woonsocket, graduating from nursing school at SDSU, working as a NICU Nurse at Sanford Castle and now in Minnesota. 

Of any person I know she is a strong fighter and will get through this. But I would like to help her along the way. Please help if you can. Thank You!
