Over the past month and a half, Ashley has suffered debilitating heart issues requiring 2 separate procedures on her heart. This has led to a month and a half without a paycheck and thousands of dollars of incurred unexpected expenses.
Let her tell everyone in her words:
For anyone that's checked in with me recently and I haven’t responded to, an honest post:
I’m having the worst time of my life. I was diagnosed with WPW a little over 6 months ago but was having very minimal symptoms. At the end of July, I started going through extreme and frequent episodes of tachycardia. My specialist assumed it was the WPW acting up and I went ahead with a heart ablation. It didn’t resolve any of the issues. I’ve been in and out of hospitals and specialists' offices for the past month with no answers. I wore a heart monitor for a week which showed episodes of tachycardia and bradycardia and also occasional extra beats in my heart rhythm, but they aren’t sure what it’s caused by or how to treat it. They tried a beta blocker but it made me incredibly sick; my blood pressure is on the lower normal side and it lowered my blood pressure too much. I’m stuck in a terrifying circle of hell with my health that involves additional testing. We’re financially hemorrhaging as Charles is our only source of income and he’s had to take off a ton of unpaid time off at this point. Taking care of our kids has become difficult, as I’m terrified to be alone in case something happens. Every sense of normalcy has been ripped away at this time and I’m just hoping that things get better.
