Tabby's Vet Bill

My cat Tabby disappeared a week ago this Wednesday....early in the morning I heard a cat meow at my back door...Tabby came home....but with extensive injuries. His bottom jaw is broken in several places and he will loose his eye.  My local vet could not help me so she sent me to a specialist an hour away.  Tabby now faces surgery to fix his jaw.  I couldn not turn my back on him after knowing all he wanted to do was come home... knowing what pain he was in. The Vet bill is 4000.00 and we are living on disability (my husband has Huntington's Disease) so anything you can offer to help with would be greatly appreciated.
