In November 2025, my mother-in-law, Shirley Anderson, went to the ER. She'd suffered a stroke. While in the hospital, they also discovered a hole in her heart and bleeding on her lung. She's since been released to go home but still hasn't been released to return to work. She has a long road ahead of her on her journey to recovery: more tests, procedures, and possible surgeries.

If you've had the pleasure of getting to know Shirley, you know she is a kind-hearted woman that goes above and beyond to help others.
