Save my home

The HOA is foreclosing on my modest condo because I don't have the $5K to pay attorney fees, court costs, and past-due association dues. As of this moment, I have less than $200 to my name.

For me, the past year has been a maelstrom of the kinds of problems facing many Americans:
-- I nearly exhausted my minimal savings to buy this 2 BR/2 BA condo in January 2018.
-- In May 2019, I was laid off with no severance package at the age of 64.  Since then, despite applying for more than 600 jobs both here in Tucson and nationally, I have had only a single interview -- for a position that was given to an in-house candidate. The rest of my savings were soon gone as I tried to keep myself afloat.
-- I invited my brother to move to Tucson to live with me. Less than 6 months after he moved in, he rediscovered a love for meth and crack, and the company of convicted felons.  He brought his friends into my house, and they stole old prescriptions and money from me. I got a one-year restraining order against him, which expires in May.
-- In Arizona, bankruptcy means losing both your house AND your car. I drive a 10-year-old Subaru, with about a year's worth of payments left. I am currently 2 months behind on the car payments.
-- In July 2019, I was accepted into a state-sponsored program to prevent foreclosure. This program will make my house payments through September 2020, but will not pay the HOA debt. Under the terms of this program,  I must stay in the house -- in other words, I can't rent it out. Nor would selling the house accomplish anything: The state program included a $25K lien that will fall off in five years, but that lien means I would take no proceeds from the sale.
-- My efforts to find a roommate have been for naught.
-- If I lose this house, I have nowhere to go. My credit is ruined. I have no family to take in me and my much-beloved and aged pets. I don't have enough money to pay for a security deposit and could not pass a credit check to rent an apartment. Nor do I have enough money to move anywhere.
-- In October, I am eligible for full benefits from Social Security. This, combined with a modest freelance income of about $800-$1200 a month and my farmers market sales of heirloom beans, which ranges from $800-$1200 a month, will keep me going. But all of that is moot if I have no place to live.
