Hello friends and family, it saddens me to write this and to be in this position. My brother Junior Ezequiel recently had a tragic accident that resulted in him having to have three of his fingers amputated. Junior is an amazing, talented, and driven young adult who for the past three years has worked as a barber. At the age of 14 Junior taught himself how to cut hair, and gained a strong clientele before eventually working at a studio. Junior became a barber so young because at the age of 14 he had to be the primary breadwinner for his sister and himself. His sister, who is a year older, suffers from an unknown disease and Junior acted as both the emotional and financial support. Both his parents are actively not involved in his and his sisters life. They are now in custody of their older sister, me. Although Junior has had a hard life, he has never allowed that to define or discourage him. In fact it's been quite the opposite, Junior has a beautiful and light spirit, he always manages to make those around him smile.
I know he has a hard journey ahead, but I also know that he will get through it because of his determination and perseverance. I ask you all if you can donate any funds to help us out during this difficult time. All funds will be utilized for his medical bills, medical equipment, rehabilitation, and any other medical expenses that he might need during this difficult time. I thank you all for reading this, and if you can not donate any funds please do not feel pressured to. Your prayers and thoughts are more than enough.
Gracias,
Francia Maciel
