So for those of you who don't know yet, a few weeks ago I was at work with my first migraine. I got lucky because a group of my close coworkers got me to sign in as a patient and one of the awesome docs, AZ, convinced me to do an MRI. That migraine turned out to be a pituitary macroadenoma, a benign tumor surrounding my pituitary gland right next to my brain that I named "Addy". Since then, a few days ago, I had one more MRI which was told me that my tumor hemmorrhaged, which means I had a tiny stroke (in one persons words the lamest stroke ever). Now I am lucky because I have no deficits, but I was admitted for observation at University of Maryland to make sure and run more tests. Other than headaches and being tired all the time I feel fine and have had a lot of great support!

So I went from having no docs to having a neurologist, cardiologist, endocrinologist, opthlomologist and a neurosurgeon or two. I will be getting neurosurgery in the next couple of weeks, and I have a lot more doctors appointments and admissions ahead of me. The most stressful part of all of this is missing work and while I have been trying to make every shift I am assigned, it gets pretty hard.

It would mean the world to me if you all could help me with the hardest part of all of this and help me with the medical funds to get rid of Addy! My support system of friends and family is the best part of this whole process. I love you guys and appreciate all the help! Thank youuuu!!
