Isaac Strong is a fundraiser I have created for my 27-year-old grandson, Isaac Haslacker. Isaac’s journey began in March 2022, when he was diagnosed with Malignant Peripheral Nerve Sheath Tumor, MPNST. This type of cancer is considered very rare and known as sarcomas. Isaac was initially seen at the University of Virginia (UVA) and is currently an active patient at Shenandoah Oncology. He has already had one surgery and is now undergoing radiation treatments in Winchester, Virginia.

Isaac has always maintained employment at Walmart. However, the amount of bills the insurance does not cover has created a financial hardship. He was raised in Capon Bridge, West Virginia (WV) but currently resides with his wife, Ashley, in Paw Paw, WV.
