Robin's Final Oral Surgery
I am at the last phase of my oral
surgery. I am trying to raise the last
portion that I have to pay in order to
have all the hospital for the surgery.
I am tentatively scheduled for august 9th to have all teeth extracted, jaw
fixed, and gums reshaped for plates.
Any help is very much appreciated. I
am not able to work at this time, so
every penny counts. If you can't
donate- please at least share this so I
can spread my fund to other people.
Thank everyone for all of your
support in advance.
Status-surgery went well, healing
took time, but 6 months later I am
fully healed.
I now am in need of an abdominal surgery on December 27 to remove scar tissue and any abnormalities. Needing to meet my out of pocket deductible- which obamacare is set high.
I still am in need of extensive oral
surgery also due to many of the
disease processes in my body. To list a few-to start I have NASH (nonalcoholic Steatohepatitis) with Liver Chirrosis, I've had 3 stomach surgeries that
have left me with about 1/4 of a
normal size stomach, SVT (rapid heart rate), pernicious anemia, seizure
disorder from a closed head injury,
thyroid disease, GERD, stomach
ulcers, insulin dependent type II
Diabetes, blood clotting issues, hiatal hernia, a few others-then there's my
teeth and gums.
Due to mainly the liver/stomach/diabetic problems, about 1&1/2 years ago I started having problems with loose
teeth. As time passed I have
developed breaking teeth, wearing
down of teeth, had 4 removed,
multiple infections and abscesses,
open sockets exposing the nerves, and chewing issues (leading to a soft/liquid diet).
The concern and main problem at this time is that the open gums and infections are letting bacteria into my bloodstream and it's starting to effect my
whole health. The only way to cure
this is to have oral surgery to extract
all teeth and roots, then having
implants or dentures to have my
mouth function normal again.
I have no dental insurance-which
wouldn't cover all of this anyway I've
been told-and my health insurance
only covers oral surgery due to an accident. So no help there.
Due to all of my medical issues I have to be treated in an out patient facility
for monitoring and have an oral
surgeon perform the procedure vs a
regular dentist.
I am reaching out for help monetarily
in order to prevent the spread of
bacteria in my blood that can do great damage since my immune system is so low.
Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
I thank you in advance for trying to
help me reach my goal and have the
surgery I need.
If you aren't able to donate, please just keep me in your prayers. God answers all
