Our community and the Ortega family has lost a remarkable man who was loved and admired by so many. George Ortega passed away on November 4, 2021, due to complications from COVID. He leaves behind a devoted wife, children, parents, siblings, and many other family and friends who will miss him beyond words. We are all so incredibly heartbroken, and the void his family is experiencing is devastating.

Obviously, the Ortega family has significant medical expenses from George’s lengthy ICU stay as well as travel expenses and missed time at work for the family.

Donations will be used towards memorial/funeral costs, outstanding medical bills, and travel expenses for the kids to travel as needed for the memorial and upcoming holidays.
