Dynamo Gymnastics Lockdown Fundraising
Donation protected
Dynamo is not only one of the top gymnastic schools in the country, but also the only school to coach both men’s and women’s gymnastics at a high level. This purpose-built Olympic facility which is based in Hamble would ‘normally’ facilitate over 700 people every week, ranging from tiny gym tots and recreational gymnasts, up to the elite squad and beyond to adult classes.
Dynamo has produced some fantastic gymnasts who compete regionally, nationally, and internationally, including this year’s Olympic hopeful Kelly Simm.
Dynamo has served the community for many, many years. Originally formed as Southampton School of Gymnastics in 1986 by Debbie and Keith Richardson, the club later changed its name to Dynamo School of Gymnastics after forming a close relationship and eventually twinning with one of the top gymnastics’ clubs in the world, Moscow Dynamo.
Gymnastics plays an important role in building life skills such as determination, focus and communication as well as helping to increase confidence and self-morale.
We would be grateful for anything you could donate to help Dynamo to continue to provide a valuable sports facility for children and young athletes in these uncertain times and ensure a return for all the gymnasts after lockdown.
