DYNAMIC EXPECTATIONS MAGAZINE; for young Martial Artists

I am Phillip Hadlock. I hold an MBA and I have 55 years in the Martial Arts, Kenpo Karate. I am also a husband and father. My wife and kids have also earned their black belts - wife & daughter are 3rd black, my son is a 4th, and I have a 6th.

As Martial Arts Instructors, we feel it is our duty to help our students develop highly valued character traits as a part of who they are. To support character development, back in 2006, we decided to create and publish the DYNAMIC EXPECTATIONS MAGAZINE. After 6 months of development and two issues of the magazine published, I became ill and could not lead the team, so we stopped publishing. Since 2009, I have been 100% well, and so it is now time to put our goals back into view and publish this magazine again - bigger and better than before.

Dynamic Expectations Magazine does not teach or compare Martial Arts styles or systems, rather it is a Story-line, Interview, Spotlight, Puzzles & Games, Parents' Section... "Life Style" publication. Kids and Parents loved it back in 2006, and they will again in 2026.

This time, we need you!
