COVID-19 Adoption Wish

Seven years ago, I received a blessing that has changed my life for the better.

On April, 7th, 2020 is Dylan's 7th Birthday! This day was supposed to be special!

You see, I had this massive Surprise Adoption Day Ceremony planned!! Dylan's family, school family, and church members were going to surprise him! They were going to be in the courtroom with us to celebrate this momentous occasion wearing their adoption day shirts. However, courts are closed and DC is shutdown trying to combat COVID-19.

Now, I must admit, I thought this day was going to be canceled due to this pandemic! However, we are blessed to have an amazing judge presiding over the case and Dylan's Adoption Day is Still Happening!

No, we will not get to be in the courtroom, or go to Dave and Buster's, and New York like I planned. However, that does not mean his Birthday/Adoption Day Wish(s) cannot come true! Dylan understands why we cannot go anywhere. However, that does not stop the tears from flowing at random times when he is thinking about his birthday. (Remember, he does not know about his Adoption Day!)


On Friday, April 3, 2020, I asked Dylan for three (3) more wishes that we could do once the Shutdown is Over! He was funny, and gave me four (4)! 

1st Wish: Grandpa's House. My father lives in Florida. 

2nd Wish: The Beach in Florida!

3rd Wish: Disneyland

4th Wish: Hawai'i  

Dylan's wishes may seem large! But, nothing is too big for a dreamer!

Please help make one or all of his Birthday and Adoption Dreams come true?  There is no donation too big or small!
