Dylan Watson's tumor journey *funeral expense*

On Monday, March 2, 2020 Dylan Watson underwent brain tumor surgery to remove a petuetarie tumor that was growing. The tumor was effecting his eye site causing him to loose almost all his sight in one eye and straining the other. He has not worked or drove since October and spent a lot of his time not feeling well or sleeping. 

His surgery went well but when it came to recovery it didnt go so well. He has been out for almost 24 hours and he still has not woke up. He is making some noises, gave us a thumbs up, grabed our hand and wiggles his toes when told. They say its very important to stimulate him with things he is familiar with like family or favorite songs, ECT. But also needs rest. 

We also learned that he had two small strokes on each side of the brain. He will have a long road to recovery and will need therapy and rehab. 

As of now he is in ICU down in Grand Rapids still recovery. At some point when he gets better he will be transferred to a rehab facility most likely in Grand Rapids. 


 My parents and I are staying with Dylan down here in Grand Rapids. We will continue to stay at the hospitality house and travel back and forth daily to the hospital. With this news comes additional cost of travel and food cost. 

Dylan does have insurance but not all medical expenses will be covered and he already has medical bills from pre surgery. 

All the gifts of money will be used towards Dylans medical needs and expenses, the families travel and meal expenses and the cost of lodging at the hospitality house!
