At the young age of 28, Dylan Tyler Waters lost his life to a careless drunk driver. He left behind his fiance, and son who's not even 2 years old. Dylan and his soon to be wife just started their life together buying a home, and having their first child, Carson. Carson lost his dad on Father's Day.
