Hi, I'm Dylan, I'm one of 144 young people selected from across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight to attend the next World Scout Jamboree in Poland. About 30,000 scouts from 226 countries and territories are expected at the 3 week expedition in 2027. The theme this time is "Bravely" with the aim to inspire young people to act courageously for the future of humanity and the planet. After visiting a previous Jamboree, a member of the United Nations described the expedition as "the way the world should be". The World Scout Jamboree is seen as the pinnacle event for scouting and I am very excited and honoured to be involved, but I need your help to get there. The cost is due to be around £4000, this includes equipment, travel, and training. I am planning to fundraise in lots of different ways - you can use this page to make a donation towards my target; you can also contribute at no extra cost to you by supporting my cause on www.easyfundraising.org.uk/dylan-scouts-poland when you shop. Thankyou!
