My name is Dylan. I'm 24 years old and I am currently in renal failure as I go to dialysis three days a week to stay alive.

Reaching out for help is not something I want to ever do. But I feel like I have no choice but to give this a try due to my situation.

My car, which is my first option for getting to dialysis, doctor appointments and the pharmacy, IT HAS DIED. My parents have helped me the best that they can, but they simply don't have the funding to replace my car. They have already been trying to help me with my finances as I was already behind on several other bills. One of those other bills being my telephone, which is used for the doctors to reach me and it helps me stay in touch with my biological family, which includes my parents who are in prison.

Do know that I want to work. The best days for me are Thursday and Saturday. Problem is I simply don't feel well most of the time even on those days, which means I'm living solely off SSI income.

Along with my physical health, I also deal with a lifetime of PTSD from my childhood that includes my parents being incarcerated. While trying to fight through my sickness, this means I'm also struggling to live daily with the challenges that mental health brings me.

Being in this situation without a car or working phone has led me to reaching out for help.

Again, I hate asking for help, but I don't feel like I have much of a choice. I am grateful for whatever you are willing to donate to help me get through this crazy time.
