My 17 year old nephew Dylan Moore was hit by a car Tuesday night and is in critical condition. He has under gone brain surgery and is facing kidney failure.  This is just the beginning of a long road to recovery.  He is going to need a lot of care when he comes home.  My sister will have to stay home and will not b able to do this alone.  Any help will be greatly appreciated to help with bills,  rides back and forth to the hospital  and with food.
