Jess and Johnathan tried unsuccessfully for years to conceive, had failed fertility treatments and were given less than a 1% chance of conceiving a child on their own. His little life was prayed for by so many and was life changing news when they finally learned they were expecting after 3+ years of trying. The pregnancy was out of a story book, it truly was a miracle. She literally had the most amazing glow and her positive energy was felt by all those around her. During this time Johnathan was the most doting and loving husband and soon to be father. It was clear to see the love they had for each other was soon to be the best gift they could ever give their child.
After much anticipation, Dylan Gray Crocker was welcomed into this world weighing 6lbs 11oz and 19 inches long. In Johnathan's words, "What began in the form of years of countless prayers, wishes, hopes, doubts, questions, and dreams finally had arrived." In Jess's words, "We are hopelessly in love and enjoying every second with this beautiful boy. Perfect in every way."
To see this sweet boy with his loving parents was a joy. There is no question he was loved and adored by his mommy and daddy. This sweet boy was welcomed everywhere his parents went. From office visits to see daddy, NFL football games, incredible concerts, airplane trips to see family, being serenaded by his celebrity Uncle/Aunt, attending movies, restaurants and more. He never experienced any pain or illness and his heartwarming smile and giggle brought joy to all who met him. During his short time here on Earth, he only knew love.
We are devastated to share that his life has been cut far too short at just 5 months of age. Many have asked for ways in which you can tangibly share your thoughts and well wishes. In lieu of flowers, the Crockers have asked that you would donate here; they will then be choosing a charity to which they will donate the funds in his honor.
This weekend we will celebrate Dylan Gray Crocker's life and we ask that you continue to honor him here, through your giving. Thank you for the continued love, support, and prayers.
