At 4 Dogs Farm Rescue, the physical and mental well being of our dogs is top priority. Once we help our rescues become confident, well balanced and healthy dogs, our ultimate goal is to place them with their forever families. 4 Dogs Farm Rescue is 501 (c) (3) NONPROFIT organization. 4 Dogs Farm Rescue is a Medical Rescue that rescues injured, sick, and starving dogs in Northern California, Southern California and Tijuana, Mexico. I am the Founder/Director my name is Dennise Totes. My team is the most dedicated group of individuals I have ever had the pleasure to work along side. What we see on a daily basis is enough to bring even the strongest to tears. Most of the dogs we save were born on the street and without us they surely will die on the street as they are starving, and most are usually injured and sick. Most have tick disease, have never had fresh water to drink, and survive on things that are most often not even food but fill the ache in their bellies. Starving is extraordinarily painful. These dogs have never had anyone touch them in a kind and loving way. Instead they are beaten, and even worse for begging for food. Most have never had a bath or a full belly before 4 Dogs Farm Rescue steps to change their lives forever. We give them comprehensive medical care and in many cases that includes life-saving expensive surgeries and dental care. They are fully vaccinated and sterilized. For the first time in their lives, they are given healthy nutritious food and fresh water. We bathe them and give them a soft, clean bed to sleep in. Then we start the rehabilitation phase. Where we teach them to trust not only humans but themselves. We give them confidence, we teach them how to walk on a leash and that other dogs are fun to play with and they no longer have to compete for garbage on the street to eat. Once they are healthy mentally and physically, we find them Fairytale Forever homes and get them amazing families. Every dollar we raise goes directly to vet, feed, house, rehabilitate and transport our dogs to that magical day where they go to a home of their own. Since the pandemic donations have continued to dwindle down to so little that we are struggling to the point we do not have enough money to even feed our dogs. We have over 200 dogs in our care .

Despite everyone's best efforts we find ourselves in dire financial straits. It is completely demoralizing not knowing day to day how we will manage to even just feed everyone tomorrow. It's heartbreaking beyond belief. We cannot go on like this but yet we can't give up either until every last dog is fully vetted fed and in their forever home. Please help us, for the dogs sake.

We understand there is no shortage of fundraisers happening out there, but if you are a supporter of rescue, we ask that you share your Giving Tuesday dollars with us and help us feed our dogs! $30 will help us buy a bag of dog food. We have 200 dogs in foster so our goals are high. We appreciate any funds you can send to support us.
