Hey all.
My name is Kev and I was diagnosed with a grade 4 Glioblastoma in Summer 2021. It’s been rough as I was given a prognosis of 8-14 months. I’ve squeaked past that time allotment due to the unwavering support of my amazing family.
Bills are piling up and full time work is out of the question for me. Since getting sick and having brain surgery I’m not as sharp as I once was and I’m having trouble even completing menial tasks. My family has made huge financial and time sacrifices to do anything and everything they can for me and my comfort. They deserve some help and sure as hell don’t deserve to lose a 4th family member to cancer in as many years.
I actually had a GFM already but the organizer of it (my ex Dee) refused to relinquish control of the campaign and decided to discontinue the fundraiser. With GFMs policy regarding this I had no choice but to create a new one.
