Hi! my name is Mike & I run Odyssey Health & Wellness based in TitanFit Gym in Preston Farm Industrial Estate.

Odyssey is a micro company, with myself currently the only coach!

Odyssey is my absolute passion, dream in the making, supporting local people in Teesside to improve their fitness, strength, mobility, health & overall lifestyle.

Making a significant lasting impact on peoples lives is the mission of Odyssey.

We deliver exceptional sessions in our Fitcamp that holds the most amazing group of people (heroes) that all support each other & put their all into each & every session. I strive to create the best possible environment to exercise in, their is no judgement, lots of support/guidance, varied & exciting sessions & loads of extras like online support, events & group activities.

I want to continue providing the best possible service & with that provide the best equipment, environment & additional support there can possibly be....
