Mission Trip To Brazil

Hi y’all! My name is Madison Gowan, I am a senior in high school & I attend Mission City church. You guys are probably wondering why I have this account set up so let me tell y’all a little bit about my journey. Last summer I was given the opportunity to travel overseas and work along side a group called “cru” in Albania as part of a mission trip. I never thought that I would have the opportunities that god has been constantly giving me but I am forever grateful for the memories and lessons that I have learned along the way. After I got back from Albania I felt forever changed and I prayed for the opportunity to continue doing mission work. Fast forward to about a month ago, I got a text from my youth pastor at my current church asking if I would be interested in attending a mission trip to Brazil in the spring. In that moment the pieces of my relationship with God started falling into place. My prayers had been answered and I knew that I was meant to attend this trip. With this being said, I am so excited to see where God leads me in this next leap of faith. I am praying for the opportunities in the future involved with this trip and I am so excited to take on Brazil to tell everyone about the good news of the Gospel.
