This GoFundMe request is for a special friend and teacher, Nicole, and her family as they deal with the unexpected passing of their mother on Thursday, August 10th. Their mother, Katie, was in the hospital for approximately two weeks after a complicated medical episode occurred at their home. Various tests and observations were conducted, before doctors decided to perform a delicate cardiac procedure to resolve the issue they believed Katie was dealing with. Unfortunately, Katie passed away during the procedure, and her family was notified a short time later. With the sudden loss of their mother, the family needs financial assistance with the mounting medical bills, as well as for their mother’s final arrangements. Nicole is such a sweet and giving young lady who is always willing to help others. Any assistance that can be provided to Nicole and her family at this time will be deeply appreciated
