Hi, I’m Jack and in 2023 my mental health was supported by those at the moving on project (based in Fareham). This support included 6 weeks of free counselling. This intervention from the moving on project greatly improved my mental health and self esteem when it was at its lowest. With this improved confidence, I went on to perform at the highest level of sport I have ever achieved, winning a silver medal at the National athletics championships in the hammer throw. Had I not been directed to the moving on project, I am sure that I would not have been able to achieve this. Join me in helping to raise funds for this amazing charity to ensure they can continue to support young people (11-25) in the Fareham and Gosport area. In order to raise money, I will be taking part in Movember (growing a moustache). Please help me support this amazing charity
