Help Natalia buy a C trumpet for College

Hi! My name is Natalia Noriega, I am a senior in Chicago, IL, and I will be attending the Eastman School of Music in the fall to major in trumpet performance. I currently am renting my instrument, but it is essential for my college studies and for a career in music to have both a Bb and C trumpet in order to remain competitive.

I currently study music at the Merit School of Music- their top orchestra and competitive brass quintet- and in Chicago Youth Symphony Orchestras' Symphony Orchestra and Jazz Orchestra. I am also a part of the Chicago Musical Pathways Initiative cohort, which has allowed me to participate in multiple ensembles and opportunities like the 2022 and 2024 National Pathways Orchestra, and Colburn School's 2022 Fortissima cohort.

Music has always been a large and meaningful part of my life, but that doesn't come without its challenges. Current prices for trumpets are unaffordable due to the expenses of unforeseen medical issues that are covered by only one income source in a large family.

This is important to me because it would be a privilege to obtain a high-quality music education and to do that, I would need the necessary materials to take full advantage of this opportunity, such as both a Bb and C trumpet.
